Free access
Free access can be cancelled at any time by discontinuing use of the service channels provided during onboarding.
Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions may be cancelled according to the billing terms confirmed at onboarding. If a payment has already been processed, refund eligibility will depend on delivery status, the agreed service period, and applicable consumer rules in your jurisdiction.
How to request cancellation
Send a cancellation or refund request through the Contact page with your account email, package name, and payment reference if available. Forexis will confirm receipt and respond with the applicable next step.
