Cancellation and refund requests
If you need help with a purchase, contact contact@forexis.com promptly with your PayPal order ID, purchase email, selected plan, and a clear explanation of the issue. Eligibility is assessed case by case, taking account of access already provided, the reason for the request, and applicable law.
Forexis does not make blanket refund guarantees. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where practical.
Payment provider enquiries
PayPal manages payment processing and has its own buyer-protection and dispute processes. Those processes are separate from this policy; contacting Forexis first usually helps us review and resolve a purchase issue efficiently.
